It's that time of the year. In accordance with the Subdivision's Covenants and Restrictions, Homeowner Association dues are assessed to pay costs such as grounds keeping of common areas, maintenance and electricity for lighting entrance sign, legal costs, administrative costs, and other community costs as shown in the annual budget. A Dues increase was approved last year by the homeowners after remaining the same for many years.
Collection of association fees is a major activity for the Board. Collecting overdue accounts is both costly and time consuming for the volunteer board members. Thank you in advance for paying on time.
2025 Association Fees are $125.00 per year due by April 30, 2025
Dues not paid in full by April 30, 2025 are subject to additional fees as permitted in Article IV, Section (D) of the Declaration of Covenants. Escalation for non-payment may include a late payment assessment and a lien placed on your property.
